Can you provide my company with a Certificate of Insurance? (COI)

Yes. Please allow up to 7 business days for this request.

No. These types of files are considered the blueprints and are not available.

Do you have liability insurance?

Do you shoot Jpeg images?

No. For the best possible results, Dion & Company always shoots RAW files.

Here’s why.
Camera raw file contains unprocessed picture data from a digital camera’s image sensor. In this way, photographers can interpret the image data rather than having the camera make the adjustments and conversions automatically.

There are no travel charges within a reasonable distance from MetroWest. Extended travel rates are quoted per job.

What rights do we have to the photos?

Customers, who are commissioning the work, are given use of the images to promote themselves. Third party usage must be negotiated. Images are non-transferable.

Who owns the actual photos?

Dion & Company retains ownership and copyright of all images created. The customer is granted usage rights.

Can you mention some of the companies you have completed assignments for recently?

Not really. We have created images for companies large and small. Our customer’s privacy is important to us. Many products and places we photograph are proprietary. We do not list the companies, individuals or places for whom we create images.

Can we get a CD ROM/DVD with our images on it?

All our work is now dowloaded by the customer. By not providing a CD or DVD, there are no tangible products. MA Dept. of Revenue exempts these downloads from sales tax…for now.

We use We-transfer, DropBox, Google Drive or your own server.

Are there any fees for cancellations?

Notice of cancellation less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge for original labor rate plus any costs incurred for materials. Notice of cancellation of less than 24 hours will result in 100% of labor rate and any costs incurred for materials.
